Role in the project

WP1 – Project Management & Coordination (support): NVS assists in consortium governance by facilitating project meetings, aligning administrative workflows, and harmonizing progress reports.

WP2 – System Engineering (support – T2.1): Drawing on its scenario-analysis expertise, NVS contributes to the definition of the BANTER mission use case—ensuring propulsion requirements are grounded in realistic operational and market contexts.

WP5 – Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation (lead): NVS leads the project’s outreach and exploitation activities. It crafts the communication strategy—branding, website, and social channels—and executes dissemination campaigns via publications, workshops, and events. Leveraging its market-intelligence capabilities, NVS shapes the exploitation roadmap by conducting market assessments, engaging with regulatory bodies, and identifying commercialization pathways to maximize BANTER’s impact.
